We want you to love every piece of Unbound Merino you own, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations for fit or feel, we'll make it right with a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save the QR code for a paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
